By using GhostCase, you legally agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Acceptable Use
GhostCase is a privacy tool. You agree not to use the software for any illegal purposes, including but not limited to:
- Distribution of malware, ransomware, or any other malicious payloads.
- Storage or distribution of illegal content.
- Intentional obstruction of legitimate law enforcement investigations or legal processes.
GhostCase is a tool for privacy, not for impunity or the concealment of criminal activities.
2. Password and Data Responsibility
GhostCase operates on a "Zero-Knowledge" principle. Your access key is never stored or recorded on our systems. If you lose or forget your password, recovering the encrypted data is technically impossible. GhostCase developers shall not be held liable for any data loss resulting from forgotten passwords.
3. Disclaimer of Warranty
GhostCase is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or 100% compatible with all future browser versions. While industry-standard encryption protocols are implemented, we cannot warrant that the software is entirely free of bugs or security vulnerabilities.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the GhostCase developers be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability (including but not limited to loss of data or profits) arising from the use of, or inability to use, the software. All risks associated with the use of the software rest solely with the user.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights to GhostCase are reserved. The software's design, logos, and source code are the property of GhostCase developers. Any unauthorized copying, modification, or reverse engineering of the software is strictly prohibited.
